In New York:

Ambit Energy offers electricity and natural gas service to customers in the Con Edison and National Grid service territories, and natural gas service to National Grid (formerly KeySpan) customers on Long Island.

On electricity, natural gas, and bundled accounts, our customers save approximately 7% off the incumbent utility's estimated energy supply charge for the first two months and enjoy a competitive monthly rate thereafter. Just for switching, customers save an additional 1-2% in taxes on the delivery charges each and every month.

New York Savings Guarantee:

Ambit Energy customers in New York are guaranteed annual savings of at least one percent under what the incumbent utility would have charged them for service or they will receive a check for the difference.

Switch Date to Ambit

If your order is received by Ambit Energy at least 15 calendar days before your next cycle date, typically, your service will begin with Ambit Energy 1 day after that cycle date. Otherwise, the start date will occur 1 day after the following cycle date.
